Firstly check that your order may be received by your neighbour or someone else.Whenever our customers are not available to receive their order then the order comes back to us and we'll inform our customers via their registered email ID that you can contact us for further information regarding your order.

Where is my order?

First, You need to Login then go to settings from top left corner of a website and select my order.If you want to know the status of your order then you can send an email to us and we'll notify you.

 

 

My order arrived damaged/incomplete/is faulty.

Place a return request by sending an email to support@thetecsolutions.com.You can raise the Return Request within {7 days as per the company TAT} from the date of delivery of your shipment. At the time of receiving the product, our executive will verify all necessary documents and you should have the proper packaging of the product.
