I want to prioritize/delay my product delivery?

Sorry, we will not be able to honour your request to prioritize or delay the delivery, but we always try to deliver your orders as soon as possible as it depends on several factors such as courier service and your delivery location. However, you can co-ordinate with the courier executive to reschedule the date & time of your order once he gets in touch with you.


I want to modify my Order?

Sorry, we will not be able to modify the order now. However, you can cancel your order and place a fresh new order as per your requirements. Please click here if you wish to cancel your order.


How can I modify my order after having placed it?

Sorry, once order is placed you won't be able to add or remove a product to/from your order, but    you can place a new order for the desired products.


What if I want to change my delivery address/e-mail id/contact no from my existing order?

You cannot change the delivery address/phone number / Email id from the existing order. However, you may cancel your existing order and place a new one with the preferred address/phone number / Email id.


How can I change my billing address?

You need to login into your company account, where you can change the address under my account section >>profile>> saved addresses >> billing address and also can update new information related to your profile.


How can I cancel one/few products from my order?

You can cancel one/few items from your order by clicking on “My Orders” section of your company  account and then select the item(s) you want to cancel.


How do I track my Order?

To keep a track of your order, use our Track Order facility on the top right side of our home page.
