Where is my Order?
I want to change my delivery details from an existing order.
You cannot change the details you submittted on your existing order. However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the preferred details you want.
How can I change my account details?
You need to login to The TEC solutions account, where you can change the details under my account section from the top left corner of a website.
I want to delay my order delivery.
Sorry,while we always trying to deliver your orders as fast as we can, we will not be able to honour your request.
How can I modify my order?
Sorry, we will not be able to modify the order now. However, you can cancel your order and place a fresh new order as per your requirements.If you wish to cancel your order click here, please note that you can only cancel your order within 24 hours, once the order is placed you won't be able to add or remove a product to/from your order.
How can I cancel one/few products from my order?
You can cancel one/few items from your order by clicking on “My Orders” from the top left corner of a website and then select the item(s) you want to cancel.
